  • 2 scoops tera’swhey Plain Protein Powder
  • 6 – 8 ounces almond milk
  • ¼ cup chopped mango
  • 1 medium carrot
  • ¼ cup raw spinach

Cooking Instructions
  1. Add tera’swhey® Plain Protein Powder and almond milk to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Add each of the remaining ingredients separately, blending completely between each addition.
  3. Blend entire mixture until frothy.
